Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water jetting can be used safely for a wide range of applications, which include: coating removal/surface preparation, cleaning and cutting.

Our equipment can remove extreme corrosion, epoxy paint, paint coatings, concrete and much more at high pressures up to 55,000 PSI. Offering various adaptors, the equipment can be fitted to enable pipe cleaning, tube bundle cleaning, concrete cutting and internal tank cleaning on or offshore

UHP Water Jetting is quickly becoming the preferred method of surface preparation on offshore gas platforms and petrochemical plants which is why we have well trained staff to operate on-site machines, but also cover the option of hiring equipment directly from us.

Lasersonic  have developed a patented system for the coating of field joints from 2” to 48” diameter. The advantage of this system is the small equipment spread needed and the quality of the coating which far exceeds conventional induction heating systems. We can apply 2 and 3 layer PP/PE systems worldwide. 

Lasersonic specialise in the flushing and testing of new and existing pipe and plant installations, umbilicals wellheads, BOP’s, actuators on or offshore where the cleanliness of oil and fuel lines, supply pipes and umbilicals is critical.

Our equipment has the latest in flushing technology with our hot oil pulsation systems ranging from 5 LPM to 1500LPM flow rates with on-board particle counters to ensure the correct ISO/NAS cleanliness is reached.

NORMAL HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS WILL NOT FLUSH A SYSTEM WITH LAMINAR FLOW, so our engineers will tailor the system to achieve a Reynolds Value greater than 4000 to ensure correct flushing is achieved.

We can also offer a hydraulic oil de-watering purifying service on or off site for contaminated oil.

We manufacture our own patented thermal spray system capable of applying powder coating powders without the need for oven facilities.

Our well designed unique system can apply thermoset, thermoplastic and fusion bonded powders to steel, wood, glass, plastic etc.

The system is ideal for pipeline repairs, pipeline field joints and coating of smaller items.

Lasersonic's adaptable engineer’s specialise in the testing and repair of High Pressure Flow Control Valves including Cameron, Anson, Alco etc.

On-site we have the capability to test, flush, repair, machine, rebuild, re-coat and final pressure test any high or low pressure flow valve and issue flow reports and pressure testing certification.

Lasersonic are now able to offer Zinc Phosphating to our customers, using our purpose build phosphate tank. We can handle capacity up to 10 tonnes of various shaped parts. Phosphate coatings act as a pre-treatment prior to coating which increase corrosion protection and improve friction properties of sliding components
